V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1.1. V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u gi\u00e2m hom<\/em><\/strong>: Hom \u0111\u1ea7u c\u00e0nh kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 hoa, qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thu h\u00e1i t\u1ea1i C\u1ea7u Hai (Ph\u00fa Th\u1ecd) t\u1eeb c\u00e1c c\u00e2y m\u1ecdc r\u1ea3i r\u00e1c trong r\u1eebng v\u00e0 v\u01b0\u1eddn h\u1ed9. Thu\u1ed1c k\u00edch th\u00edch ra r\u1ec5<\/em><\/strong>: S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng 4 lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c k\u00edch th\u00edch ra r\u1ec5 l\u00e0: AIA (axit indol axetic), AIB (axit indol butiric), ANA (axit naphtalen axetic) v\u00e0 ABT1 \u1edf d\u1ea1ng b\u1ed9t, tr\u1ed9n v\u1edbi than ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh \u1edf c\u00e1c n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9: 0,5; 1,0; 1,5 ; 2,0 %. \u0110\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng l\u00e0 c\u00e1c hom kh\u00f4ng x\u1eed l\u00fd v\u1edbi c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t k\u00edch th\u00edch tr\u00ean.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u thu th\u1eadp \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ea1i Bi\u1ec3u 1 cho th\u1ea5y v\u00f9 h\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ra r\u1ec5 ngay c\u1ea3 khi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 thu\u1ed1c k\u00edch th\u00edch, m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ea1t 40%. Thu\u1ed1c k\u00edch th\u00edch ra r\u1ec5 sau khi x\u1eed l\u00fd \u0111\u00e3 l\u00e0m t\u0103ng \u0111ang k\u1ec3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 c\u1ee7a hom v\u00f9 h\u01b0\u01a1ng l\u00ean \u0111\u1ebfn 1,5 \u2013 2,0 l\u1ea7n; trong \u0111\u00f3 thu\u1ed1c AIA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 0,5 \u2013 1,5% cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1eeb 70 \u2013 80% t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 hom gi\u00e2m, ABT n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 1 \u2013 2% \u0111\u1ea1t 60 \u2013 80% ra r\u1ec5. Hai lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c ABT v\u00e0 AIA c\u00f3 h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 tr\u00ean 60%, \u0111\u1ee7 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n gi\u00e2m hom cho s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t.<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u1ed9 r\u1ec5 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 qua c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau: s\u1ed1 r\u1ec5 trung b\u00ecnh, chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i trung b\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a r\u1ec5 v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i r\u1ec5 c\u1ee7a r\u1ec5 d\u00e0i nh\u1ea5t. As it is difficult to collect its seeds, raising and cutting is an effective method of propagation. This species generates its roots quite easily, even those grown plants (15 year old) without stimulus produce root-generating rate of 40%. Two stimulus substances are AIA and ABT1 that have great concentration to raise root-generating rate considerably, sometimes twice as high as checking one. Those stimulus substances help plants generate root sets better than checking one in term of root quantity on cutting &amp; raising.
