Ha Noi 1999.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>E. camadulensis &amp; E.tereticornis <\/em>are species selected for forest plantation to supply paper raw material in the Mekongriver delta. To attain high word productivity it is necessary to use intensive management techniques such as fertilizer application.<\/p>\n<p>This paper presents some researches on effect of fertilizer application on growth of <em>E. camadulensis &amp; E.tereticornis. <\/em>Growth of 3.5 year \u2013 old plantation increases 20-30% in D and 0-35% in H as compared with plantation without fertilizer application. Increase in growth is strongly manifested in 5 moth-old plantation. Response to fertilizer application is not different between eucalypt provenances. Combination of NPK and phosphate gives better result than application of either one.
