C\u00e2y lai c\u1ee7a hai lo\u00e0i <em>A.magum <\/em>Willd v\u00e0 <em>A.auriculyformis <\/em>ex Cunn Benth c\u0169ng \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c kh\u00e1m ph\u00e1 t\u1ea1i Sabah Malaysia v\u00e0o cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 1970 ( FAO, 1982).<\/p>\n<p>\u1edfc\u00e1c t\u1ec9nh ph\u00eda Nam n\u00ad\u1edbc ta, Keo lai c\u0169ng xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n kh\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u t\u1ea1i m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 v\u00f9ng tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng \u1edf T\u00e2n T\u1ea1o, B\u00ecnh Ch\u00e1nh TP.HCM, S\u00f4ng M\u00e2y, Tr\u1ecb An v\u00e0 Th\u1ed1ng Nh\u1ea5t t\u1ec9nh \u0110\u1ed3ng Nai. C\u00e1c c\u00e2y lai n\u00e0y \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n trong nh\u1eefng qu\u1ea7n th\u1ee5 r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng thu\u1ea7n lo\u1ea1i Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn ho\u1eb7c Keo l\u00e1 nh\u1ecf b\u1edfi c\u00e1c \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u00adng h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i r\u1ea5t d\u1ec5 ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sinh tr\u00ad\u1edfng chi\u1ec1u cao v\u00e0 \u0111\u00ad\u1eddng k\u00ednh v\u00ad\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i h\u01a1n qu\u1ea7n th\u1ee5.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u00ecnh th\u00e1i l\u00e1 c\u00f3 d\u1ea1ng trung gian gi\u1eefa Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn v\u00e0 l\u00e1 nh\u1ecf khi so s\u00e1nh t\u00ad\u01a1ng quan gi\u1eefa chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a l\u00e1. Tuy nhi\u00ean, h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i l\u00e1 g\u1ea7n gi\u1ed1ng Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; V\u1ecf th\u00e2n c\u00e2y Keo lai l\u1ea1i tr\u01a1n, nh\u1eb5n v\u00e0 m\u00e0u s\u00e1ng \u00edt n\u1ee9t v\u1ecf v\u00e0 g\u1ea7n gi\u1ed1ng v\u1ecf th\u00e2n c\u00e2y Keo l\u00e1 nh\u1ecf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u0110\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m sinh tr\u00ad\u1edfng c\u1ee7a Keo lai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tra sinh tr\u00ad\u1edfng Keo lai t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean trong c\u00e1c qu\u1ea7n th\u1ee5 r\u1eebng \u1edf t\u1ec9nh \u0110\u1ed3ng Nai,TP.HCM \u0111\u1ec1u kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh \u00adu th\u1ebf lai \u0111\u1eddi F1 \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n r\u1ea5t r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t qua sinh tr\u00ad\u1edfng v\u00ad\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i v\u1ec1 chi\u1ec1u cao, \u0111\u00ad\u1eddng k\u00ednh th\u00e2n c\u00e2y v\u00e0 h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng t\u1ed1t c\u1ee7a th\u00e2n. V\u1ec1 sinh tr\u00ad\u1edfng v\u00ad\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i c\u1ee7a Keo lai, \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 nhi\u1ec1u t\u00e1c gi\u1ea3 th\u00f4ng b\u00e1o n\u00ean ch\u00fang t\u00f4i kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1eadp trong b\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y m\u00e0 mu\u1ed1n xem x\u00e9t \u1edf kh\u00eda c\u1ea1nh ch\u1ea5t l\u00ad\u1ee3ng g\u1ed7, ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u00fang, nhu c\u1ea7u th\u1ecb tr\u00ad\u1eddng nh\u1eb1m khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o ng\u00ad\u1eddi tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng v\u1ec1 lo\u1ea1i c\u00e2y n\u00e0y .<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.Ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng l\u00e0m b\u1ed9t gi\u1ea5y c\u1ee7a Keo lai.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng \u1edf v\u00f9ng \u0110\u00f4ng Nam B\u1ed9 v\u1edbi c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y m\u1ecdc nhanh ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu nh\u00ad Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn, Keo l\u00e1 tr\u00e0m, B\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e0n trong nhi\u1ec1u n\u0103m qua ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu cung c\u1ea5p g\u1ed7 l\u00e0m nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u gi\u1ea5y trong n\u00ad\u1edbc v\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u d\u0103m. Khi tr\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ea1i tr\u00e0 c\u00e2y Keo lai, m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch ban \u0111\u1ea7u l\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p g\u1ed7 l\u00e0m b\u1ed9t gi\u1ea5y. \u0110\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau n\u00e0y, c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng c\u1ea7n c\u00f3 c\u00e1c \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u00adng t\u1ed1t v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 sau :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng g\u1ed7 cao hay kh\u1ed1i l\u00ad\u1ee3ng th\u1ec3 t\u00edch g\u1ed7 kh\u00f4 ki\u1ec7t cao.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t nh\u00ad Xenlulo, Lignin v\u00e0 Pentozan trong \u0111\u00f3 Xenlulo l\u00e0 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n ph\u1ea3i cao .<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a b\u1ed9t gi\u1ea5y ph\u1ea3i t\u1ed1t th\u00f4ng qua c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1: \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u1ecbu k\u00e9o (m); \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u1ecbu g\u1ea5p (\u0111\u00f4i l\u1ea7n); tro (%) v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1ea9y tr\u1eafng (%).<\/p>\n<p><em>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kh\u1ed1i l\u00ad\u1ee3ng th\u1ec3 t\u00edch g\u1ed7 Keo lai l\u00e0 trung gian so v\u1edbi 2 lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y b\u1ed1, m\u1eb9. \u1edf tu\u1ed5i 7 Keo lai c\u00f3 kh\u1ed1i l\u00ad\u1ee3ng th\u1ec3 t\u00edch g\u1ed7 0.455 t\u1ea5n\/m<sup>3<\/sup> so v\u1edbi 0.414 t\u1ea5n\/m<sup>3<\/sup> c\u1ee7a Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn v\u00e0 0.469 c\u1ee7a Keo l\u00e1 nh\u1ecf (Vi\u1ec7n C\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Gi\u1ea5y v\u00e0 Xenlulo, 3\/1995 ).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t l\u00e0m b\u1ed9t gi\u1ea5y (Xenlulo, Lignin, Pentozan ) trong Keo lai l\u00e0 95.2% so v\u1edbi 93.45 c\u1ee7a Keo l\u00e1 tr\u00e0m v\u00e0 94.2% trong Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn (Vi\u1ec7n C\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Gi\u1ea5y v\u00e0 Xenlulo, 3\/1995 ) .<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u0103ng su\u1ea5t l\u00e0m b\u1ed9t tr\u00ean m<sup>3<\/sup> g\u1ed7 c\u1ee7a Keo lai l\u00e0 232 kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, Keo l\u00e1 tr\u00e0m 233kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> v\u00e0 Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn 195 kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Kh\u1ed1i l\u00ad\u1ee3ng g\u1ed7 \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u00ean 1 t\u1ea5n b\u1ed9t l\u00e0 4.3m<sup>3<\/sup>, trong khi Keo l\u00e1 l\u1edbn 5.2m<sup>3<\/sup>\/1 t\u1ea5n b\u1ed9t v\u00e0 Keo l\u00e1 nh\u1ecf 4.48 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/1 t\u1ea5n b\u1ed9t.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; V\u1ec1 \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a b\u1ed9t gi\u1ea5y tr\u00ad\u1edbc v\u00e0 sau khi t\u1ea9y qua c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u1ecbu k\u00e9o, \u0111\u1ed9 g\u1ea5p, tro v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1ea9y tr\u1eb1ng \u0111\u1ec1u cao h\u01a1n nhi\u1ec1u so v\u1edbi hai lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y b\u1ed1 m\u1eb9 ( L\u00ea \u0110\u00ecnh Kh\u1ea3 &amp; c\u1ed9ng s\u1ef1 , 1997).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng l\u00e0m v\u00e1n \u00e9p c\u1ee7a Keo lai <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c m\u1eabu g\u1ed7 Keo lai ch\u1ecdn t\u1eeb Tr\u1ea1m Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u Th\u1ef1c nghi\u1ec7m L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p T\u00e2n T\u1ea1o TP.HCM \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c g\u1eedi t\u1edbi Nagaya thu\u1ed9c C\u00f4ng ty C\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Yuasa l\u00e0m g\u1ed7 v\u00e1n v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t c\u01a1 l\u00fd g\u1ed7 v\u00e1n t\u1ea1i tr\u00ad\u1eddng \u0110\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc T\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p Kyushu (Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n). G\u1ed7 l\u00f3ng c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0i 2.1-2.3m, \u0111\u00ad\u1eddng k\u00ednh t\u1eeb 18-40cm \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c b\u00f3c l\u1edbp c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y 2.5mm, sau khi s\u1ea5y kh\u00f4 \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c c\u1eaft kh\u1ed5 r\u1ed9ng 1m x 1m v\u00e0 d\u00e1n th\u00e0nh v\u00e1n c\u00f3 b\u1ec1 d\u00e0y 30mm v\u1edbi 13 l\u1edbp .<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m nghi\u1ec7m ch\u1ea5t l\u00ad\u1ee3ng v\u00e1n \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n b\u1edfi c\u00e1c th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n N\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n (JAS) \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi v\u00e1n \u00e9p nh\u00ad sau :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 u\u1ed1n ( M\u00f4\u0111un g\u00e3y \u2013 Modulus of rupture \/ MOR).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 d\u1ebbo ( M\u00f4\u0111un \u0111\u00e0n h\u1ed3i \u2013 Modulus of elasticity \/ MOE ).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ee9t g\u00e3y theo chi\u1ec1u ngang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tr\u1ecdng l\u00ad\u1ee3ng ri\u00eang.<\/p>\n<p><em>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3: <\/em><\/p>\n<p>+ M\u00f4\u0111un g\u00e3y trung b\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c m\u1eabu th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m l\u00e0 626 kgf\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>, th\u1ea5p nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 527kg f\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>; m\u00f4\u0111un \u0111\u00e0n h\u1ed3i trung b\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c m\u1eabu th\u1eed l\u00e0 95.700 kgf\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>. Nh\u00ad v\u1eady \u0111\u1ed9 u\u1ed1n ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n tho\u1ea3 \u0111\u00e1ng cho c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac v\u00e1n v\u00e0 m\u1edf ra kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng d\u00f9ng Keo lai nh\u00ad l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac .<\/p>\n<p>+ L\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ee9t g\u00e3y c\u1ee7a v\u00e1n \u0111\u1ea1t trung b\u00ecnh \u1edf m\u1ee9c 80 kgf\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>. N\u1ebfu so s\u00e1nh v\u1edbi ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n JAS th\u00ec ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y n\u1eb1m \u1edf h\u1ea1ng cao nh\u1ea5t .<\/p>\n<p>+ Tr\u1ecdng l\u00ad\u1ee3ng ri\u00eang c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c m\u1eabu th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m n\u1eb1m \u1edf ph\u1ea1m vi t\u1eeb 0.566 \u0111\u1ebfn 0.599 v\u1edbi trung b\u00ecnh l\u00e0 0.585 . M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 c\u00f2n ph\u1ea3i th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m th\u00eam do s\u1ed1 m\u1eabu c\u00f3 h\u1ea1n, song ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y c\u0169ng cho th\u1ea5y Keo lai ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c y\u00eau c\u1ea7u cho c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u .<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng g\u1ed7 Keo lai l\u00e0m v\u00e1n d\u0103m <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u1ed9t h\u00ad\u1edbng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1c c\u0169ng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho Keo lai l\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t th\u1eed v\u00e1n d\u0103m. G\u1ed7 Keo lai, bao g\u1ed3m c\u1ea3 g\u1ed7 gi\u00e1c v\u00e0 l\u00f5i \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c b\u0103m th\u00e0nh d\u0103m c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u00ad\u1edbc d\u00e0i 3.5cm, d\u00e0y 3mm v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ea9m ban \u0111\u1ea7u 38%. D\u0103m th\u00f4 \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c b\u0103m nh\u1ecf v\u00e0 s\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc \u1edf m\u1eaft l\u00ad\u1edbi 2mm d\u00f9ng cho c\u00e1c l\u1edbp ph\u00eda ngo\u00e0i. Tr\u1ecdng l\u00ad\u1ee3ng ri\u00eang c\u1ee7a l\u1edbp ngo\u00e0i kho\u1ea3ng 0.16g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup> v\u00e0 l\u1edbp gi\u1eefa 0.14 g\/ cm<sup>3<\/sup>. \u0110\u1ed9 ki\u1ec1m c\u1ee7a d\u0103m l\u00e0 5.8.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1n d\u0103m \u0111\u00ad\u1ee3c t\u1ea1o b\u1edfi 3 l\u1edbp d\u00e0y 15mm (hai l\u1edbp ngo\u00e0i m\u1ed7i l\u1edbp d\u00e0y 2.5mm, l\u1edbp gi\u1eefa 10mm). T\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng g\u1ed7 0.7-0.45 gr\/cm<sup>3<\/sup>. Ch\u1ea5t k\u1ebft d\u00ednh l\u00e0 Ure resin v\u00e0 Emulsified isocyanate resin; T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 th\u00eam ch\u1ea5t d\u00ednh l\u1ecfng cho l\u1edbp ngo\u00e0i l\u00e0 13%, l\u1edbp trong 8% (C\u00f3 th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m kh\u00e1c l\u00e0 8% v\u00e0 5% t\u00ad\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng). \u0110\u1ed9 \u1ea9m l\u1edbp ngo\u00e0i 18%, l\u1edbp trong10%.<\/p>\n<p>\u0110i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n \u00e9p: \u00e9p ph\u1eb3ng n\u00f3ng \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 160 \u00b0C, \u00e1p l\u1ef1c 25 kg \/cm<sup>2<\/sup>, th\u1eddi gian 5 ph\u00fat.<\/p>\n<p>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m cho th\u1ea5y: L\u1ef1c ch\u1ecbu u\u1ed1n trung b\u00ecnh, m\u00f4\u0111un \u0111\u00e0n h\u1ed3i cao, \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e3n n\u1edf th\u1ea5p. \u0110i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n \u00e9p tr\u00ean l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t t\u1ed1t \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o v\u00e1n d\u0103m t\u1eeb Keo lai. Tuy nhi\u00ean, c\u1ea7n nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u th\u00eam v\u1ec1 ch\u1ea5t keo d\u00ednh Ure resin v\u00e0 c\u1ea7n gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u1ed9 ki\u1ec1m c\u1ee7a d\u0103m xu\u1ed1ng c\u00f2n 0.5 nh\u00ad ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. March 1999.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Acacia hybrid<\/em>does not only has high potentiality in growth but potential use of its wood is also very high. Results of wood sample study and analysis show that the pulping capacity of <em>Acacia hybrid<\/em> wood is very good expressing through cellulose content, lignin, wood density and required indices of pulp. Tested samples of pressed and particle board made of <em>Acacia hybrid<\/em> wood show that the indices as bending strength, rupture strength, density and other quality indices are upto the standards of Japan. In forest planting attention must be paid to the seed source of the hybrid.
