Tuy nhi\u00ean,c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y kh\u00e1c nhau c\u00f3 t\u00ednh th\u00edch \u1ee9ng sinh th\u00e1i kh\u00e1c nhau \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfu s\u00e1ng (Denslow 1980, Popma v\u00e0 Bongers 1988), ngo\u00e0i ra nhu c\u1ea7u \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng c\u0169ng ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o t\u1eebng giai \u0111o\u1ea1n ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a th\u1ef1c v\u1eadt (L\u00e2m Xu\u00e2n Sanh, 1965).<\/p>\n<p>Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u nhu c\u1ea7u \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y r\u1eebng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nhi\u1ec1u nh\u00e0 L\u00e2m h\u1ecdc ch\u00fa \u00fd. V\u1edbi nh\u1eefng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1, L\u00e2m C\u00f4ng \u0110\u1ecbnh (1964)\u0111\u00e3 khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o \u1edf m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 75% c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng l\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n t\u1ed1t nh\u1ea5t cho sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a m\u1ee1 trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 100 &#8211; 110 ng\u00e0y tu\u1ed5i. Sasaki v\u00e0 Mori (1981) \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu b\u00f3ng c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 lo\u00e0i nh\u01b0: <em>Shorea talura<\/em>, <em>S. ovalis<\/em>, <em>Hopea helferei<\/em> v\u00e0 <em>Vatica odorata<\/em>. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 cho th\u1ea5y sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y con b\u1ecb \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf khi c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng cao h\u01a1n 50%. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e2y H\u1ed3i (<em>Illicium verum<\/em> Hook), c\u1ea5u t\u1ea1o gi\u1ea3i ph\u1eabu c\u1ee7a l\u00e1, ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng trao \u0111\u1ed5i n\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 s\u1ef1 t\u00edch lu\u1ef9 di\u1ec7p l\u1ee5c c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 N. P. K trong l\u00e1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i d\u01b0\u1edbi c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfu s\u00e1ng kh\u00e1c nhau. T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 che s\u00e1ng 60% l\u00e0 ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p nh\u1ea5t cho sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n v\u01b0\u1eddn \u01b0\u01a1m, (Nguy\u1ec5n Ng\u1ecdc T\u00e2n, 1989).<\/p>\n<p>V\u1ea1ng tr\u1ee9ng (<em>Endospermum chinense<\/em> Benth) l\u00e0 c\u00e2y \u01b0a s\u00e1ng, tuy nhi\u00ean trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n v\u01b0\u1eddn \u01b0\u01a1m c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c che b\u00f3ng (C\u00f4ng ty gi\u1ed1ng v\u00e0 Ph\u1ee5c v\u1ee5 tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng 1995). T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 che s\u00e1ng cho V\u1ea1ng tr\u1ee9ng trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n v\u01b0\u1eddn \u01b0\u01a1m \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1eadp (C\u00f4ng ty gi\u1ed1ng v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5c v\u1ee5 tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng 1995, V\u1ee5 Khoa h\u1ecdc c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 1994). Tuy nhi\u00ean, \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 c\u1ee7a ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 s\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ebfn sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y con nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o th\u00ec ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u n\u00e0o \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xu\u1ea5t b\u1ea3n. Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u n\u00e0y g\u00f3p th\u00eam s\u1ef1 hi\u1ec3u bi\u1ebft v\u1ec1 \u0111\u1eb7c t\u00ednh sinh h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y n\u00e0y trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n v\u01b0\u1eddn \u01b0\u01a1m.<\/p>\n<h3>Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u<\/h3>\n<p>Th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i V\u01b0\u1eddn th\u1ef1c nghi\u1ec7m Trung t\u00e2m Sinh Th\u00e1i v\u00e0 T\u00e0i nguy\u00ean m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng- Vi\u1ec7n Khoa h\u1ecdc L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam &#8211; T\u1eeb Li\u00eam &#8211; H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i t\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 12 n\u0103m 2000 \u0111\u1ebfn th\u00e1ng 6 n\u0103m 2001. Khi c\u00e2y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 3 th\u00e1ng tu\u1ed5i th\u00ec th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u v\u1edbi b\u1ed1n ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng l\u00e0 100%; 80%; 50% v\u00e0 20%. \u0110\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o c\u00e1c m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu s\u00e1ng kh\u00e1c nhau, c\u00e2y con \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1eb7t trong c\u00e1c h\u1ed9p c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc 2,5 m chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng x 4,5 m chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i x 2,0 m chi\u1ec1u cao v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c che b\u1eb1ng l\u01b0\u1edbi nylon m\u00e0u \u0111en v\u1edbi c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9 che s\u00e1ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng. \u0110\u1ea5t d\u00f9ng cho th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m l\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea5t ph\u00f9 sa s\u00f4ng H\u1ed3ng. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 l\u00fd t\u00ednh v\u00e0 ho\u00e1 t\u00ednh c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tr\u00ecnh b\u00e0y trong b\u1ea3ng 1. T\u00fai b\u1ea7u Poly-etylen v\u1edbi k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc 6,3 cm \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh x 14cm chi\u1ec1u cao. Trong su\u1ed1t qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m, c\u00e2y con \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u01b0\u1edbi n\u01b0\u1edbc h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y, m\u1eb7t b\u1ea7u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1 v\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1ec3 thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i cho vi\u1ec7c th\u1ea5m n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 ng\u0103n c\u1ea3n s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a c\u1ecf v\u00e0 r\u00eau.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau \u0111o \u0111\u1ebfm g\u1ed3m: S\u1ed1 l\u00e1, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh c\u1ed5 r\u1ec5 v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u cao \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111o 2 tu\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n. Di\u1ec7n t\u00edch l\u00e1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111o ngay sau khi thu ho\u1ea1ch. Sau khi s\u1ea5y \u1edf 70<sup>oC<\/sup> cho \u0111\u1ebfn khi tr\u1ecdng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00f4ng thay \u0111\u1ed5i.
