N\u1ed9i dung v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p th\u1ef1c nghi\u1ec7m<\/p>\n<p>T\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i g\u1ed7 r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng khoan v\u00e0 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb truy\u1ec1n s\u00f3ng \u1ee9ng su\u1ea5t th\u00f4ng qua h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00e0nh.<\/p>\n<p>\u0110\u1ecba \u0111i\u1ec3m ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh: Ba V\u00ec (H\u00e0 T\u00e2y), M\u00ea Linh (V\u0129nh Ph\u00fac), C\u1ea7u Hai (Ph\u00fa Th\u1ecd), th\u1ecb x\u00e3 Ho\u00e0 B\u00ecnh v\u00e0 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 n\u01a1i kh\u00e1c. M\u1eabu khoan sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u1eabu khoan sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea5y b\u1eb1ng khoan (Sounto, Finland) t\u1ea1i chi\u1ec1u cao ngang ng\u1ef1c c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y \u0111\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 m\u1eabu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cu\u1ed9n ngay v\u00e0o gi\u1ea5y chuy\u00ean d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t (Parafiln USA) \u0111\u1ec3 kh\u00f4ng b\u1ecb m\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ea9m. Trong m\u1ed9t nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y nh\u1ea5t t\u1ea1i Malaixia th\u00ec h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft c\u00e1c c\u00e2y <em>A.mangium<\/em> b\u1ecb hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng l\u00f5i \u01b0\u1edbt (Wet heartwoot &#8211; l\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u1ea9m ch\u1ee9a trong ph\u1ea7n l\u00f5i cao h\u01a1n r\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec1u so v\u1edbi ph\u1ea7n d\u00e1c &#8211; Yamamoto et al. 1998). Hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng l\u00f5i \u01b0\u1edbt c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 coi nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t d\u1ea1ng khuy\u1ebft t\u1eadt c\u1ee7a g\u1ed7 v\u00ec l\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u1ea9m l\u1edbn ch\u1ee9a trong l\u00f5i s\u1ebd g\u00e2y kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n cho qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea5y g\u1ed7. Nh\u01b0ng ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn c\u00e1c c\u00e2y Acacia \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Namkh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n<p>B\u1ea3ng1.
