G\u1ed7 v\u00ean v\u00ean r\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u01b0a chu\u1ed9ng trong c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p b\u00f3c, d\u00e1n l\u1ea1ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u00f3ng t\u00e0u thuy\u1ec1n (th\u00e2n tr\u00f2n, th\u1eb3ng, \u00edt u b\u01b0\u1edbu, b\u1ea1nh v\u00e8, g\u1ed7 nh\u1eb9, m\u00e0u s\u00e1ng tr\u1eafng, khi c\u1eaft kh\u00fac c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 cho nh\u1eefng kh\u00fac g\u1ed7 d\u00e0i t\u1eeb 0,7 m- 2 m, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh 40- 60 cm). Hi\u1ec7n nay v\u00ean v\u00ean \u0111ang b\u1ecb khai th\u00e1c c\u1ea1n ki\u1ec7t d\u1ea7n. Qua \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111e do\u1ea1 c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 lo\u1ea1i c\u00e2y r\u1eebng Vi\u1ec7t Nam theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n m\u1edbi c\u1ee7a IUCN n\u0103m 1994 (Nguy\u1ec5n Ho\u00e0ng Ngh\u0129a- 1998) th\u00ec v\u00ean v\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c coi l\u00e0 lo\u00e0i \u0111ang nguy c\u1ea5p v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111e do\u1ea1 r\u1ea5t cao c\u1ee7a ho\u1ea1 tuy\u1ec7t ch\u1ee7ng trong t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai g\u1ea7n. V\u00ean v\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1ebfp v\u00e0o danh l\u1ee5c c\u00e1c c\u00e2y qu\u00fd hi\u1ebfm c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ea3o t\u1ed3n. Flowering and fruiting of tihs species is irregular, seed is hard to be stored. A. cochinchinensis can be used for industrial forest enrichment planting in closed, moist forest. The research subject has established 4 ha of demonstration models in Bau Bang (Song Be province).
