T\u00ecnh h\u00ecnh th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n su\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n thu\u1ed9c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh 327 tr\u00ean c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecba b\u00e0n \u0111\u00e3 kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p><em>1. C\u00e1c lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y v\u00e0 m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh \u0111\u00e3 b\u1ed1 tr\u00ed trong c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n thu\u1ed9c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh 327. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Qua kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf t\u1ea1i 15 t\u1ec9nh, th\u00e0nh th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n thu\u1ed9c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh 327 c\u00f3 36 lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng trong 30 m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh thu\u1ed9c 4 v\u00f9ng ph\u00f2ng h\u1ed9 trong c\u1ea3 n\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n<p>2. The paper presents results of a research on investment rate for protection forest establishment with some main native forest tree species in projects of programme 327 nation \u2014 wide.<\/p>\n<p>Through studying investment rate in 30 forest plantation models in 4 regions to be protected (9 ecological zones) in 15 provinces and cities typically implementing projects of programme 327 the author evaluates the accomplishments and the remaining problems to be overcome regarding economics, techniques, models,\u2026; taking in to account the opinions of scientists, consultants as well as of the labourers the author presents the results of calculation of investment rate on planting, tending, management and protection of 1 hectare of forest in both planting systems (pure and mixed planting).
