In order to release it for forest plantaton, vegetative propagation by tissue culture is applied.<\/p>\n<p>Mercuric chloride (HgCl<sub>2<\/sub>) is used to sterilize the surface of the shoot. The best reason for shoots sterilization of <i>A.auriculifomis<\/i>, Acacia and Eucalyptus hybrid are from spring to early summer and from summer to autumn, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The best growth of Acacia hybrid and <i>A. auriculiformis<\/i> responses were recorder with MS added BAP 2.0mg\/l media, MS with BAP 0.5 m\/l media seems to be optimum for shoot induction of Eucalyptus hybrid.<\/p>\n<p>The rooting medium for Acacia hybrid and <i>A. auriculiformis<\/i> is modified MS media added IBA at concentration 2.0mg\/l, The best rooting for Eucalyptus hybrid responses were observed on modified MS + IBA 0.5 mg\/l media.The rooted plants were transferred to the training house maintained at 28 \u00b12<sup>0 <\/sup>C for seven days. Thereafter, the plants were transferred to polybags containing equal quantities of soil, organic manure and other components. Depending on the weather conditions prevailing outside, the plant were kept inside polyhouse for two weeks and transferred to nursery.
