Ph\u00e2n l\u1eadp v\u00e0 tuy\u1ec3n ch\u1ecdn:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ph\u00e2n l\u1eadp : 10g \u0111\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c pha lo\u00e3ng v\u1edbi H<sub>2<\/sub>0 v\u00f4 tr\u00f9ng \u1edf c\u00e1c n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u00edch h\u1ee3p t\u1eeb 10<sup>-3<\/sup> (\u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea5t r\u1eebng) v\u00e0 10<sup>-5<\/sup> ( \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea5t ru\u1ed9ng). D\u00f9ng pipet 1ml v\u00f4 tr\u00f9ng l\u1ea5y d\u1ecbch m\u1eabu nh\u1ecf 0,05ml cho v\u00e0o \u0111\u0129a th\u1ea1ch c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9a m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng 5% ph\u1ed1t ph\u00e1t can xi, trang \u0111\u1ec1u tr\u00ean m\u1eb7t th\u1ea1ch, nu\u00f4i trong t\u1ee7 \u1ea5m \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 30<sup>0<\/sup>C trong 3 &#8211; 5 ng\u00e0y.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Tuy\u1ec3n ch\u1ecdn vi sinh v\u1eadt c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e2n gi\u1ea3i l\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch th\u1eed hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c \u0111o v\u00f2ng ph\u00e2n gi\u1ea3i: c\u1ea5y g\u1ea1ch m\u1ed9t n\u00e9t nh\u1ecf l\u00ean ch\u00ednh gi\u1eefa m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ea1ch c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9a 5% ph\u1ed1t ph\u00e1t canxi, sau 3 &#8211; 7 ng\u00e0y \u0111o \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh c\u1ee7a v\u00f2ng trong bao xung quanh khu\u1ea9n l\u1ea1c.<\/p>\n<p><i>2.3.
