T\u00e1c gi\u1ea3 c\u0169ng th\u1ea5y x\u1eed l\u00fd hom b\u1eb1ng IAA trong 24 gi\u1edd cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 cao nh\u1ea5t. C\u00f2n R.I.Haines v\u00e0 c\u1ed9ng s\u1ef1 (1989) nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho Pinus caribaea var. Hondurensis x P. tecunumanii l\u1ea1i th\u1ea5y r\u1eb1ng x\u1eed l\u00fd IBA c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 \u0111\u1ebfn 76 &#8211; 77%.<\/p>\n<p>Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ra r\u1ec5 c\u1ee7a th\u00f4ng c\u0169ng thay \u0111\u1ed5i theo giai \u0111o\u1ea1n tu\u1ed5i. V.N.Stebacova, I.I.Lalymenko (1988) \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ea5y r\u0103ng n\u1ebfu th\u00f4ng ch\u00e2u \u00c2u 2 &#8211; 3 tu\u1ed5i c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 60 &#8211; 80% th\u00ec c\u00e2y 4 &#8211; 5 tu\u1ed5i c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 30 &#8211; 40%, c\u00e2y 10 tu\u1ed5i c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 20%, c\u00e2y gi\u00e0 h\u01a1n kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 ra r\u1ec5. M\u1eb7t kh\u00e1c, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ra r\u1ec5 c\u0169ng thay \u0111\u1ed5i theo t\u1eebng c\u00e1 th\u1ec3 c\u00e2y l\u1ea5y hom. C\u00e2y ra r\u1ec5 t\u1ed1t nh\u1ea5t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t 100% th\u00ec c\u00e2y k\u00e9m nh\u1ea5t ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n kh\u00f4ng ra r\u1ec5.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ec v\u1eady, t\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c, n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 thu\u1ed1c v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian x\u1eed l\u00fd th\u00edch h\u1ee3p cho th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 cao l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t b\u01b0\u1edbc trong ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n gi\u1ed1ng v\u00e0 nh\u00e2n gi\u1ed1ng cho lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n<p><b>II. v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u l\u00e0 c\u00e1c hom \u0111\u1ea7u c\u00e0nh c\u1ee7a th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a (Pinus massoniana) l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e2y 8 &#8211; 10 tu\u1ed5i, 20 tu\u1ed5i v\u00e0 50 tu\u1ed5i. M\u1ed7i c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c x\u1eed l\u00fd 15 &#8211; 20 hom, ri\u00eang th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m th\u0103m d\u00f2 \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean ch\u1ec9 x\u1eed l\u00fd m\u1ed7i c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c 6 hom.<\/p>\n<p>Gi\u00e2m hom \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh v\u00e0o c\u00e1c th\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f4ng xu\u00e2n. Thu\u1ed1c x\u1eed l\u00fd l\u00e0 IAA (Axit Indol axetic) v\u00e0 IBA (Axit Indol butiric) c\u00f3 n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian x\u1eed l\u00fd kh\u00e1c nhau.<\/p>\n<p>Th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh t\u1ea1i nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh c\u1ee7a Trung t\u00e2m Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u Gi\u1ed1ng c\u00e2y r\u1eebng thu\u1ed9c Vi\u1ec7n Khoa h\u1ecdc L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam (t\u1ea1i Ch\u00e8m &#8211; T\u1eeb Li\u00eam &#8211; H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i).<\/p>\n<p><b>III. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>1. T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a IAA v\u00e0 IBA.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Trong c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 k\u00edch th\u00edch ra r\u1ec5 th\u00ec IAA v\u00e0 IBA l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng ch\u1ea5t ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t v\u00e0 th\u01b0\u1eddng cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 cao nh\u1ea5t.<\/p>\n<p>X\u1eed l\u00fd th\u1eed hom th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a 8 n\u0103m tu\u1ed5i b\u1eb1ng IAA v\u00e0 IBA theo c\u00e1c n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 100ppm, 150ppm v\u00e0 200ppm trong c\u00e1c th\u1eddi gian 8 gi\u1edd, 16 gi\u1edd v\u00e0 24 gi\u1edd \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ea5y r\u1eb1ng sau 80 ng\u00e0y c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng (kh\u00f4ng x\u1eed l\u00fd) ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n ch\u01b0a ra r\u1ec5, c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c x\u1eed l\u00fd thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u00e3 ra r\u1ec5 \u1edf c\u00e1c m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 kh\u00e1c nhau (bi\u1ec3u 1).<\/p>\n<p>a. T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a IAA.<\/p>\n<p>X\u1eed l\u00fd hom b\u1eb1ng IAA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 100ppm trong 8 gi\u1edd sau 80 ng\u00e0y v\u1eabn ch\u01b0a ra r\u1ec5, x\u1eed l\u00fd trong 16 v\u00e0 24 gi\u1edd \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 17 &#8211; 33% (bi\u1ec3u 1). T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a IBA.<\/p>\n<p>X\u1eed l\u00fd hom b\u1eb1ng IBA 100ppm trong 16 gi\u1edd \u0111\u00e3 cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 \u0111\u1ebfn 83%. C\u00f2n khi x\u1eed l\u00fd \u1edf n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 150 &#8211; 200ppm trong 8 &#8211; 16 gi\u1edd c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 \u0111\u1ebfn 100% (bi\u1ec3u 1). S\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng r\u1ec5 v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i r\u1ec5 c\u0169ng \u0111\u1ec1u kh\u00e1 h\u01a1n c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c kh\u00e1c. Trong l\u00fac c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng v\u1eabn ch\u01b0a ra r\u1ec5, c\u00f2n n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 200ppm trong 24 gi\u1edd l\u1ea1i b\u1ecb ch\u1ebft ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n.<\/p>\n<p>X\u00e9t c\u1ea3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 l\u1eabn s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng r\u1ec5\/hom v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i r\u1ec5 \u0111\u1ec1u th\u1ea5y c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c x\u1eed l\u00fd IBA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9ng 150ppm trong 8 gi\u1edd l\u00e0 c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 ra r\u1ec5 l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ec v\u1eady, c\u00e1c th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m v\u1ec1 sau ch\u1ec9 t\u1eadp trung v\u00e0o vi\u1ec7c x\u1eed l\u00fd IBA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 150ppm v\u1edbi c\u00e1c th\u1eddi gian kh\u00e1c nhau.<\/p>\n<p>2. X\u1eed l\u00fd hom l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e2y c\u00f3 tu\u1ed5i kh\u00e1c nhau b\u1eb1ng IBA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 150ppm theo c\u00e1c th\u1eddi gian kh\u00e1c nhau.<\/p>\n<p>X\u1eed l\u00fd hom th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e2y m\u1eb9 c\u00f3 tu\u1ed5i kh\u00e1c nhau (t\u1eeb 2 n\u0103m \u0111\u1ebfn 50 n\u0103m tu\u1ed5i) b\u1eb1ng IBA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 150ppm v\u1edbi c\u00e1c th\u1eddi gian 2 gi\u1edd, 4 gi\u1edd, 6 gi\u1edd, 8 gi\u1edd, 16 gi\u1edd v\u00e0 24 gi\u1edd v\u00e0o kho\u1ea3ng th\u00e1ng 11 trong n\u0103m (bi\u1ec3u 2), cho th\u1ea5y sau 60 ng\u00e0y t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng (kh\u00f4ng x\u1eed l\u00fd) \u0111\u1ec1u ch\u01b0a ra r\u1ec5. Sau 73 ng\u00e0y m\u1edbi c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 10 &#8211; 15%. Trong l\u00fac c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c x\u1eed l\u00fd thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ec1u ra r\u1ec5 v\u1edbi t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 kh\u00e1c nhau tu\u1ef3 theo tu\u1ed5i c\u00e2y v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian x\u1eed l\u00fd thu\u1ed1c.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2y 8 &#8211; 10 n\u0103m tu\u1ed5i cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 cao nh\u1ea5t (100%) v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng r\u1ec5 nhi\u1ec1u nh\u1ea5t (6,7 c\u00e1i\/hom) v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i r\u1ec5 l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t (2,96cm) khi x\u1eed l\u00fd trong th\u1eddi gian 6 gi\u1edd. K\u1ebft lu\u1eadn.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Qua c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ee3t th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m v\u1edbi c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c c\u00f3 n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian kh\u00e1c nhau cho hom \u0111\u1ea7u c\u00e0nh l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e1c c\u00e2y th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a c\u00f3 tu\u1ed5i kh\u00e1c nhau c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 r\u00fat ra c\u00e1c nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh ch\u00ednh sau \u0111\u00e2y:<\/p>\n<p>1. Hom th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a kh\u00f4ng x\u1eed l\u00fd th\u00ec l\u00e2u ra r\u1ec5 v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p (10 &#8211; 15%). X\u1eed l\u00fd b\u1eb1ng IAA v\u00e0 IBA c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng k\u00edch th\u00edch ra r\u1ec5 r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi hom th\u00f4ng \u0111u\u00f4i ng\u1ef1a. Trong \u0111\u00f3 IBA l\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi IAA.<\/p>\n<p>2. X\u1eed l\u00fd IBA n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 150ppm trong th\u1eddi gian 6 &#8211; 8 gi\u1edd cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 100%. C\u00e2y hom c\u00f3 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng r\u1ec5 nhi\u1ec1u nh\u1ea5t v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i r\u1ec5 kh\u00e1 nh\u1ea5t.<\/p>\n<p>3. Hom l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e2y 8 &#8211; 10 tu\u1ed5i c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra \u0111\u1ebfn 100%, l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e2y 20 tu\u1ed5i c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ra r\u1ec5 r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p (20%), l\u1ea5y t\u1eeb c\u00e2y 50 tu\u1ed5i th\u00ec ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ra r\u1ec5.<\/p>\n<p>Vegetative propagation of Pinus massoniana by cuttings<\/p>\n<p>Summary<\/p>\n<p>Treating terminal branch cuttings of P.massoniana trees of different ages with IAA and IBA at concentrations of 100, 150 and 200ppm showed that in comparision to control treatment, rooting ability of P.massoniana cuttings are significantly increased by using growth regulators 70 &#8211; 80 days after treatment, cuttings in control treatment (without growth regulator) were either not yet rooted or a rooting percentage of only 10 &#8211; 15% was observed, whereas rooting percentage of cuttings treated with 150ppm of IAA in 8hrs was 83% and that of cuttings treated with IBA in 6 &#8211; 8hrs was up to 100%. Treating with IBA at concentration of 150ppm indicated that rooting percentage of cuttings from 10 years old trees was up to 100% and 20% for trees of 20 years old.
