Three-layered particleboards of target board-density of 0.70, 0.75g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup> were produced with urea formaldehyde resin. Bending strength (MOR), internal bond (IB) and thickness swelling (TS) satisfied the required properties of Type 1A of 04TCN2-1999. The readings of MOR, IB and TS of three-layered particleboards of 6-year-old <em>E. urophylla <\/em>with target board-density of 0.70g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup> were 18.89MPa, 0.36MPa, v\u00e0 16.78%respectively, with target board-density of 0.75g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup> were 19.82MPa, 0.39MPa, v\u00e0 17.23%respectively. The readings of MOR, IB and TS of three-layered particleboards of 8-year-old with target board-density of 0.70g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup> were 20.78MPa, 0.40MPa, v\u00e0 15.45%respectively, with target board-density of 0.75g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup> were 21.22MPa, 0.43MPa, v\u00e0 16.65respectively.
