C\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 m\u1edbi c\u1ee7a lu\u1eadn \u00e1n bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1. T\u1ea1i th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m 2 \u2013 3 tu\u1ed5i, c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 ph\u00e2n h\u00f3a v\u00e0 sai kh\u00e1c nhau r\u1ea5t r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t (Fpr &lt; 0,001) gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng v\u00f4 t\u00ednh v\u1ec1 t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u. Tr\u00ean c\u01a1 s\u1edf \u0111\u00f3, b\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ea7u x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 23 d\u00f2ng keo lai c\u00f3 tri\u1ec3n v\u1ecdng v\u1edbi th\u1ec3 t\u00edch th\u00e2n c\u00e2y v\u01b0\u1ee3t t\u1eeb 10 \u0111\u1ebfn 40% so v\u1edbi gi\u1ed1ng keo lai \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn, t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 ch\u1ecdn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 5 d\u00f2ng (BV523, BV585, BV564, BB055, BB026) \u0111\u1ee7 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn gi\u1ed1ng m\u1edbi theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n 04 TCN 147 \u2013 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2. Lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y m\u1eb9 c\u00f3 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng r\u1ea5t l\u1edbn \u0111\u1ebfn sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng Keo lai t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean. Nh\u00f3m c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng keo lai t\u1eeb c\u00e2y m\u1eb9 l\u00e0 Keo tai t\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u00f3 sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i v\u00e0 sai kh\u00e1c r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t (Fpr &lt; 0,001) so v\u1edbi nh\u00f3m c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng keo lai t\u1eeb c\u00e2y m\u1eb9 l\u00e0 Keo l\u00e1 tr\u00e0m. Tuy nhi\u00ean, k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 b\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ea7u cho th\u1ea5y gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c nh\u00f3m n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 sai kh\u00e1c r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t v\u1ec1 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ri\u00eang c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n v\u00e0 m\u00f4 \u0111un \u0111\u00e0n h\u1ed3i c\u1ee7a g\u1ed7. \u1ea2nh h\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a gia \u0111\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ebfn m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t g\u1ed7 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng v\u00f4 t\u00ednh keo lai l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t nh\u1ecf v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 \u00fd ngh\u0129a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3. Th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 di truy\u1ec1n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb m\u1ee9c trung b\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ebfn cao v\u00e0 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh theo tu\u1ed5i. H\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 di truy\u1ec1n theo ngh\u0129a r\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t g\u1ed7 dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb 0,16 \u0111\u1ebfn 0,49. H\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed9ng ki\u1ec3u gen c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb \u00a07,8 \u0111\u1ebfn 20,0%, cao h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t g\u1ed7 (6,0 \u2013 9,5%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">4. H\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng quan ki\u1ec3u gen v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 m\u00f4 \u0111un \u0111\u00e0n h\u1ed3i gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c l\u1eadp \u0111\u1ecba kh\u00e1c nhau \u1edf m\u1ee9c th\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ebfn trung b\u00ecnh, cho th\u1ea5y m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c ki\u1ec3u gen \u2013 ho\u00e0n c\u1ea3nh m\u1ea1nh cho c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng n\u00e0y. Ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i, t\u01b0\u01a1ng quan gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c l\u1eadp \u0111\u1ecba v\u1ec1 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ri\u00eang c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n l\u00e0 cao ch\u1ee9ng t\u1ecf m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c th\u1ea5p gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c l\u1eadp \u0111\u1ecba v\u1ec1 ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">5. H\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng quan gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t g\u1ed7 l\u00e0 th\u1ea5p v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 \u00fd ngh\u0129a, ch\u1ee9ng t\u1ecf ch\u1ecdn gi\u1ed1ng theo ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfn ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng g\u1ed7.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key results:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Research on effects of mother tree species, genetic variation and heredity of growth, stem form and wood quality in natural acacia hybrid were conducted based on phenotypic data of 550 natural acacia hybrid clones (215 clones of <i>Acacia mangium x A. auriculiformis<\/i> and 335 clones of <i>A. auriculiformis<\/i> <i>x A. mangium)<\/i> in 4 clonal screening trials and 2 clonal testing trials at different ecological zones in Vietnam. The main new findings of thesis are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1. At age of 2 \u2013 3 years, there were significant differences (Fpr &lt; 0.001) between clones in all studied traits. According to results of clonal trials, 23 promising acacia hybrid clones have been preliminary identified with stem volume of 10 to 40% better than commercial clones of the same species. Further testing showed that 5 clones (BV523, BV585, BV564, BB055, BB026) proved outperformed growth and can be registered as new germplasms according to standard 04 TCN 147 \u2013 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2. Mother tree species had significant effects in growth of acacia hybrid clones. Clones derived from <i>Acacia mangium<\/i> mother trees grew significantly faster (Fpr &lt; 0.001) than those selected from <i>A. auriculiformis<\/i> mother trees. In constrast, preliminary results showed that mother tree species did not affect significantly to wood basic density and modulus of elasticity. Effects of family in growth and wood properties of clones were minor and not statistically significant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3. Genetic parameters of studied traits ranged from moderate to high and remain stable with ages. Broad sense heritability of growth and wood properties ranged from 0.16 to 0.49. Coefficient of genotypic variation of growth traits ranged from 7.8 to 20.0%, which were higher than that for wood properties (6.0 \u2013 9.5%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">4. Coefficient of genotypic correlations between sites for growth traits and modulus of elasticity were low to moderate, indicated strong genotype by environment interaction for those characters. In constrast, genotypic correlations between sites for wood basic density were high, suggested that the genotype by environment interaction was not important for this trait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">5. Coefficient of genotypic correlations between growth and wood properties were low and not significant.
