N\u1ed8I DUNG V\u00c0 PH\u01af\u01a0NG PH\u00c1P NGHI\u00caN C\u1ee8U<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>2.1. N\u1ed9i dung nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh kh\u1ed1i v\u00e0 m\u1ed1i li\u00ean h\u1ec7 c\u1ee7a sinh kh\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c nh\u00e2n t\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec1u tra ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng carbon h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a 8 d\u1ea1ng r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i carbon c\u1ee7a 8 d\u1ea1ng r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; X\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o l\u01b0\u1ee3ng carbon h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 v\u00e0 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i carbon c\u1ee7a 8 d\u1ea1ng r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng theo tu\u1ed5i, c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ea5t v\u00e0 m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ed9 ho\u1eb7c d\u1ef1a v\u00e0o c\u00e1c nh\u00e2n t\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec1u tra l\u00e2m ph\u1ea7n.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.2. Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u00a0\u00a0 * K\u1ebf th\u1eeba t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u: <\/i><\/b>K\u1ebf th\u1eeba c\u00e1c t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u, k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 v\u1ec1 8 lo\u1ea1i r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 bi\u1ec3u \u0111i\u1ec1u tra kinh doanh r\u1eebng c\u1ee7a 14 lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu,\u2026; c\u00e1c t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh sinh kh\u1ed1i, l\u01b0\u1ee3ng carbon h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a r\u1eebng, c\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u1ec1 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 carbon c\u1ee7a r\u1eebng,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>*<b> Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111i\u1ec1u tra th\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ecba<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ed7i d\u1ea1ng r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng b\u1ed1 tr\u00ed 12 \u00d4TC di\u1ec7n t\u00edch 1000 m<sup>2<\/sup> (40mx25m) (c\u00f2n g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 \u00f4 s\u01a1 c\u1ea5p) tr\u00ean 1 c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ea5t, t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 \u00d4TC cho m\u1ed9t lo\u00e0i l\u00e0 48 \u00d4TC. C\u00e1c \u00d4TC \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ed1 tr\u00ed r\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ec1u \u1edf c\u00e1c c\u1ea5p tu\u1ed5i kh\u00e1c nhau, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 2 \u00d4TC kh\u00f4ng tham gia v\u00e0o t\u00ednh to\u00e1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m tra c\u00e1c m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o. Tr\u00ean m\u1ed7i \u00d4TC s\u01a1 c\u1ea5p l\u1eadp 5 \u00f4 th\u1ee9 c\u1ea5p (4 \u00f4 \u1edf 4 g\u00f3c v\u00e0 1 \u00f4 \u1edf gi\u1eefa \u00d4TC) di\u1ec7n t\u00edch 25 m<sup>2<\/sup> (5m x 5 m) \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tra c\u00e2y b\u1ee5i, th\u1ea3m t\u01b0\u01a1i. \u1ede trung t\u00e2m m\u1ed7i \u00f4 th\u1ee9 c\u1ea5p l\u1eadp 1 \u00f4 d\u1ea1ng b\u1ea3n di\u1ec7n t\u00edch 1 m<sup>2<\/sup> \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tra v\u1eadt r\u01a1i r\u1ee5ng.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh \u0111i\u1ec1u tra c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau: D<sub>1,3<\/sub>, H<sub>vn<\/sub>, D<sub>t<\/sub>, H<sub>dc<\/sub> c\u1ee7a to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 c\u00e1c c\u00e2y trong OTC.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ea5t: C\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ea5t c\u00e1c lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1ef1a v\u00e0o bi\u1ec3u c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ea5t th\u00f4ng qua tu\u1ed5i v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u cao b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n t\u1ea7ng tr\u1ed9i (H<sub>dom<\/sub>) c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c c\u00e2y trong l\u00e2m ph\u1ea7n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ed7i OTC ch\u1ecdn 2 c\u00e2y ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1eb7t h\u1ea1, sinh kh\u00f4\u0301i c\u00e2y \u0111\u01b0\u01a1\u0323c ph\u00e2n th\u00e0nh c\u00e1c b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn: l\u00e1, c\u00e0nh, th\u00e2n; \u0111\u00e0o v\u00e0 l\u1ea5y to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 r\u1ec5 c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh l\u1edbn h\u01a1n 2 mm. C\u00e1c m\u1eabu sinh kh\u1ed1i t\u1ea7ng c\u00e2y cao, sinh kh\u1ed1i c\u00e2y b\u1ee5i th\u1ea3m t\u01b0\u01a1i, sinh kh\u1ed1i v\u1eadt r\u01a1i r\u1ee5ng, m\u1eabu \u0111\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1ea5y v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng carbon b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p chuy\u00ean d\u1ee5ng trong ph\u00f2ng th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ed1i quan h\u1ec7 gi\u1eefa sinh kh\u1ed1i, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 carbon v\u1edbi c\u00e1c nh\u00e2n t\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec1u tra \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng b\u1eb1ng ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea th\u00f4ng d\u1ee5ng SPSS 13.0. L\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn ph\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh c\u00f3 h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng quan cao nh\u1ea5t v\u00e0 sai s\u1ed1 b\u00e9 nh\u1ea5t, d\u1ec5 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng nh\u1ea5t. M\u1ed7i lo\u00e0i d\u00f9ng 2 \u00d4TC kh\u00f4ng tham gia t\u00ednh to\u00e1n \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m tra v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u ch\u1ec9nh c\u00e1c m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh.
