L\u00f2 s\u1ea5y g\u1ed7 b\u1eb1ng NLMT \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf h\u00ecnh d\u00e1ng c\u00f3 m\u00e1i h\u00ecnh v\u00f2m, theo h\u01b0\u1edbng \u0111\u00f4ng &#8211; t\u00e2y, \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o di\u1ec7n t\u00edch h\u1ea5p th\u1ee5 NLMT l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t. K\u1ebft c\u1ea5u c\u1ee7a l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y v\u1eefng ch\u1eafc ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kh\u00ed h\u1eadu th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean c\u00f3 gi\u00f3 b\u00e3o t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"_Toc70512354\"><\/a>Quy tr\u00ecnh k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt s\u1ea5y s\u01a1 b\u1ed9 g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng b\u1eb1ng NLMT \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u00f4 t\u1ea3 chi ti\u1ebft:<\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 B\u01b0\u1edbc 1. Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u g\u1ed7: <\/em>G\u1ed7 x\u1ebb r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng: g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb cho lo\u1ea1i g\u1ed7 Keo lai <em>(Acacia hybrid<\/em>). G\u1ed7 x\u1ebb c\u00f3 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y t = 25<em>\u00b1<\/em> \u0110\u1ed9 \u1ea9m g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb MC = 50 <em>\u00b1<\/em> 5 %.<\/li>\n<li><em>Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb s\u1ea5y g\u1ed7 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi (NLMT: <\/em>Ki\u1ec3m tra h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb s\u1ea5y g\u1ed7 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng NLMT tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi s\u1ea5y. V\u1ec7 sinh s\u1ea1ch m\u00e1i v\u00f2m l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y, trong khu v\u1ef1c l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y v\u00e0 xung quanh l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y. Ki\u1ec3m tra h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng qu\u1ea1t, t\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u khi\u1ec3n, vv&#8230;.<\/li>\n<li><em>Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb thanh k\u00ea: <\/em>\u0110\u00e0 k\u00ea ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0m b\u1eb1ng g\u1ed7 th\u1eb3ng th\u1edb, g\u1ed7 kh\u00f4 v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng b\u1ecb cong v\u00eanh. C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m \u0111\u00e0 k\u00ea c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1eb1ng b\u00ea t\u00f4ng. K\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00e0 k\u00ea ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc g\u1ed7 s\u1ea5y. Hi\u1ec7n nay v\u1edbi g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb c\u00f3 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y 20\/25\/30 mm (ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn hi\u1ec7n nay g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb c\u00f3 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y 25 mm) th\u00ec \u0111\u00e0 k\u00ea c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc (d\u00e0i x r\u1ed9ng x d\u00e0y) t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng l\u00e0 (3000x100x100) mm.<\/li>\n<li>B\u01b0\u1edbc 2. x\u1ebfp g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb v\u00e0o trong l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y: X\u1ebfp g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb th\u00e0nh c\u00e1c ki\u1ec7n, th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1ed7i ki\u1ec7n c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc: (d\u00e0i x r\u1ed9ng x cao) t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng l\u00e0 (2900 x 1500 x 1200) mm. M\u1ed7i l\u1edbp g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1ebfp tr\u00ean 4 thanh k\u00ea. Kho\u1ea3ng c\u00e1ch gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c thanh k\u00ea 700 mm. C\u00e1c ki\u1ec7n g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1ebfp trong l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y th\u00e0nh 2 \u0111\u1ed1ng v\u1ec1 2 ph\u00eda trong l\u00f2. Sau khi x\u1ebfp g\u1ed7, ph\u00eda tr\u00ean \u0111\u1ed1ng g\u1ed7 c\u1ea7n \u0111\u1eb7t v\u1eadt n\u1eb7ng tr\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ec1u tr\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t \u0111\u1ed1ng g\u1ed7 s\u1ea5y. Tr\u1ecdng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u1eadt n\u1eb7ng kho\u1ea3ng 50 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li><a name=\"_Toc67308873\"><\/a> B\u01b0\u1edbc 3. C\u00e0i \u0111\u1eb7t c\u00e1c th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1ea5y: Ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1ea5y s\u01a1 b\u1ed9 b\u1eb1ng NLMT cho g\u1ed7 x\u1ebb cho lo\u1ea1i g\u1ed7 Keo lai <u>(<\/u>t = 25 \u00b1 1mm) nh\u01b0 b\u1ea3ng 1. \u0110i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 qu\u1ea1t gi\u00f3, ki\u1ec3m tra t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u00f3 gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c l\u1edbp g\u1ed7 \u0111\u1ea1t 2 m\/s. \u0110\u1eb7t th\u1eddi gian \u0111\u1ea3o chi\u1ec1u qu\u1ea1t gi\u00f3: 6 ti\u1ebfng \u0111\u1ea3o chi\u1ec1u 1 l\u1ea7n. \u0110\u1eb7t ng\u01b0\u1ee1ng EMC theo t\u1eebng giai \u0111o\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 b\u1ea3ng ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1ea5y.
