\nTarget communes and villages<\/font><\/strong> <\/font>\n<\/p>\n \nAt present, there are totally 5 target communes among which 2 communes had been selected before the commencement of the Project according to an agreement between the Vietnamese and Japanese sides, and initiated in 2004. Basic conditions to be the participants are to hold forest land to conduct any forestry-related activities or to join the activities in community forests.
