The ICRAF\u2019s participants have Mrs. Delia Catacutan &#8211; Country representative of ICRAF Vietnam, and staff of ICRAF Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/vafs.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/12\/DSC02693.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1054\" alt=\"DSC02693\" src=\"http:\/\/vafs.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/12\/DSC02693-300x168.jpg\" width=\"447\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vafs.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/12\/DSC02693-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vafs.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/12\/DSC02693-1024x575.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 447px) 100vw, 447px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mrs. Delia spoke opening and review presentation of collaboration between the two parties.
